AJAX resolving

AJAX resolving works (by design) only on first level - so basically no expanded state for sub-processes is possible (since nested activities could contain another links and the time needed to resolve it all would get really significant). I'm planning to add option for disabling AJAX resolving (you forgot
bpmn>, you get broken page), but it will be useful only with some kind of feedback to show where it got broken, so that feature will need to wait for a while.
