Support for templating added. Name for process and sub-process pages should start with process_, while tasks in process should be created using process_name:task_name convention, for example process_order_fulfillment and process_order_fulfillment:task_inform_customer.

New functionality: hyperlinks on diagram for fragments included from other pages. Included (clickable) fragments are indicated by dark green border color and pointer cursor.
Minor changes to improve scrolling with mouse wheel and dragging.
