PROV: scale metrics to [1,5] range and add weightedAverage
Probably the DokuWiki config option will be good for specifying the way how the weightedAverage metric should be calculated (e.g. as string "-0.5*ENR+AR+CR" or formulae will be hard-coded and user will only select from the available options)
